Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 21, 2026
1. Our Commitment
DoodleSnap is committed to making our service accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our website and web application.
2. What We've Built For
- Keyboard navigation, including a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive elements.
- Alt text on all decorative and informational images.
- Color choices that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in our primary dark theme.
- Focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Responsive layouts that work on zoom up to 200% without horizontal scrolling.
3. Known Limitations
We're actively working on the following areas and welcome feedback:
- Screen reader announcements during image generation progress are improving but may not narrate every state change.
- Our digital coloring canvas is primarily visual; a text-described alternative for every coloring page is not yet available.
- Some third-party payment and analytics widgets may not match our accessibility standards.
4. Reporting an Issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on DoodleSnap, please let us know. We'll review your report and aim to respond within two business days. Email support@doodlesnap.app with the subject line "Accessibility" and include:
- The page or feature you were using
- A description of the issue
- The assistive technology and browser (if applicable)
5. Ongoing Improvements
We review accessibility as part of every meaningful release. This statement will be updated when our approach or known-limitations list changes materially.
