DMCA & IP Takedown Policy

Last updated: April 21, 2026

1. Our Position

DoodleSnap respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content accessible on or through DoodleSnap — including user-uploaded images or shared coloring pages — infringes your copyright or another intellectual property right, please send us a notice using the process below and we will act promptly.

2. What to Include in a Notice

To be valid, your notice should include substantially the following information (loosely modelled on 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) / DMCA):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or an authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work or other IP you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you are requesting be removed, with a link (URL) that lets us locate it — for example, a doodlesnap.app/s/<slug> share URL.
  • Your full name, postal address, email, and phone number.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.

3. Where to Send Notices

Email your notice to support@doodlesnap.app with the subject line "DMCA Notice". You may attach supporting documents. Incomplete notices may be returned for clarification.

4. What We Do With a Valid Notice

On receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user who posted or uploaded it. We may also terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

5. Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email. A valid counter-notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, address, and phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India (per our Terms of Service).

We may forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file suit within a reasonable time, we may restore the content.

6. Misrepresentation

Knowingly materially misrepresenting that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can lead to liability for damages. Please review your claim carefully before sending.

7. Contact

Designated contact for IP notices: support@doodlesnap.app.
