1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DoodleSnap ("the Service"), operated by DoodleSnap ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DoodleSnap is an AI-powered web application that converts uploaded photographs into printable coloring pages. The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence APIs to process images.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using OAuth authentication (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images that contain illegal, abusive, or explicit content
• Upload images you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service for automated scraping or bulk processing
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Image Processing & AI

When you upload an image, it is sent to third-party AI providers (via OpenRouter) for processing. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images. Generated coloring pages are yours to use for personal and non-commercial purposes.

AI-generated results may vary in quality. We do not guarantee specific output quality or accuracy.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

DoodleSnap offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Dodo Payments, who acts as the Merchant of Record and handles tax compliance.

• Anonymous (no account): 2 free daily tries with watermarked output
• Free tier (signed up): 10 generations/month with watermarked output
• Starter ($4.99/mo): 50 generations/month, no watermarks
• Pro ($12.99/mo): 200 generations/month, no watermarks, priority generation

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.

Refund requests are handled by Dodo Payments in accordance with their refund policy. Contact support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The DoodleSnap name, logo, and application code are our intellectual property. You retain all rights to the images you upload. Generated coloring pages are licensed to you for personal use.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app announcement. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
